Made from Carbon fibre composite nomex honeycomb which is coated in a high-temperature paint. The panels designation is '254EB', which can be found on the supplied MOD form 731. Carbon fibre edges have been buffed to a high standard.
This piece is self supportive by utilizing the panel's curvature.
